Miki Kashtan

Miki Kashtan is a co-founder of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication and founder and Lead Collaboration Consultant at the Center for Efficient Collaboration. Her work draws on over twenty years of experience as a facilitator and consultant to businesses, nonprofits, government bodies, and community groups. Her blog and writings can be found at thefearlessheart.org. Her third book, Reweaving Our Human Fabric: Working Together to Create a Nonviolent Future, explores the tools, practices, and systems needed for a collaborative society. Her forthcoming Convergent Facilitation describes the process she has developed for reaching group decisions on polarized issues. She holds a PhD in Sociology from UC Berkeley.
