Kathrin Ludwig

Kathrin Ludwig is a Junior Policy Researcher in Global Environmental Governance at PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency. Her research interests include global biodiversity governance and innovative governance approaches in the sustainability domain. At PBL, she works on a governance framework on how to engage new agents of change in global biodiversity governance and on the national implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the Netherlands. She recently co-authored a policy commentary in the peer-reviewed journal Sustainability: “Beyond Cockpit-ism: Four Insights to Enhance the Transformative Potential of the Sustainable Development Goals.” She holds two MSc degrees in Global Environmental Governance and Social Research from VU University Amsterdam.
