Helen Beazley

Helen Beazley is a PhD student at the University of Queensland researching how community groups can contribute to a just, socio-ecological transition. She has served on the board of TEAR Australia, an international development organization, and works with the Waiters Union, a faith-based network in Brisbane that fosters community cohesion, especially with the most marginalized residents. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, a Master of Education from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Master in Community Development from Deakin University.
