Carlos Álvarez Pereira

Carlos Álvarez Pereira is a member of the Executive Committee of the Club of Rome and the Advisory Board of the International Bateson Institute, and holds the UNESCO Chair of Global Understanding for Sustainability. He has been a lecturer and researcher in applied mathematics at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), founder and manager of several digital consulting companies across Europe, and founder of a non-profit center devoted to research in complex systems and AI.
