Olivia Kefauver is a Web and Research Assistant at the Tellus Institute where she is responsible for maintaining the online presence of the Institute and its Great Transition Initiative in addition to providing research support. She has worked and interned for nonprofits at local, state, and international levels, conducting research on issues related to environmental sustainability and social justice spanning sustainable food systems, food policy, renewables, and climate change. Prior to joining Tellus, she interned with Frances Moore Lappé at the Small Planet Institute, and worked as an Assistant Farm Manager at Land’s Sake, a nonprofit community farm focused on institutionalizing community land stewardship, in addition to managing their Hunger Relief program. Olivia received a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Colby College in 2012.
